ANNUAL REPORT 2024-25
It is my privilege to present the Annual Report of Sanganabasava Shishuniketan school for the academic year 2024-25.
A truly exceptional school is defined by caring and qualified teachers, engaging activities, a positive learning environment, best arts and sports programs, and active parental involvement. These qualities make Sanganabasava Shishuniketan top One school in vijayapur.
Our school was established in the year 2010 with a humble beginning of just 80 students a decade ago, we have grown tremendously in 14 years. Now catering to 2,700 students, supported by 140 teaching and 150 non-teaching staff, a testament to the quality education we deliver. As the Principal, my role is made easy by our supportive management, outstanding educators, and a team dedicated to nurturing excellence.
I extend my heartfelt gratitude to each one of them.
Sanganabasava Shishuniketan standsout as the only school in North Karnataka with 67 sections affiliated to CBSE.
The academic year 2024-2025 commenced with Saraswati Pooja on 29th May 2024. Our teaching faculty includes highly trained postgraduates who strive to groom students to excel in academics and beyond. Through continuous evaluation methods, we ensure that each child is guided to achieve his potential.

The performance of our Grade 10 students over the past two academic years has been
exceptional, demonstrating their hard work, dedication, and excellence in academics.
Our 2022-23 first batch of Grade 10 students achieved a 100% result , setting a high standard for the
years to come. The batch topper Samarth Patil scored an impressive 97%,being one of the city topper.
Continuing the legacy, 2023-24 second batch of Grade 10 students also secured a 100%
result and 69 students secured distinction with a higher top score of 98.4%. This outstanding achievement was accomplished by
Diya Koti, who turned out as the topper of both Vijayapura and Bagalkot Districts, making us immensely proud.
other notable achievers in the 2024 batch include: Prateek Chavan Who scored 97.6%
,PreetHavinal and Sujay Yalagi with 95.6% .

We proudly announce the initiation of IIT Foundation from Grades 6 to 9,
We have well stacked library with 14000 books that promotes education research and personality development
Education is not limited to academics. Here we also nurture talents in dance, music, karate, and art & craft, ensuring the overall development of our students.
- This year, we developed a spacious playground to promotes sports and physical activities
- We have installed a lift facility for students and staff, ensuring accessibility for all.
- CCTV cameras have been installed throughout the campus to enhance safety and security
- 38 school buses have modern safety features adhering to RTO standards.
- We have introduced a dedicated bus service to Tikota. This initiative reflects our commitment to provide accessible education to the rural students around the Tikota,
- We take immense pride in our newly constructed auditorium, which is now fully operational, with a seating capacity of 2,000 students. to host as various academic, cultural, and co-curricular activities.
- We have well established separate physics, chemistry, biology & mathematics Laboratories.
- Two well equipped computer labs where 84 high end systems have been installed
- Introduction of 30 smart boards has brought transformation in to Active learning.
- Apart from studies we give equal importance to health of the students and teachers. To enable this we have conducted Dental Checkup for the students and Thyroid Test for the teachers.
- To inculcate discipline and leadership skills investiture ceremony was held on independence day
We teach moral values which are the basic elements of life , we celebrated Docters day Teachers day , National Yoga day , Nagarpanchami , Guru Poornima , Sanganabasava Swamiji’s Birthday , Raksha bandhan , Ganesh Chaturthi , Dasara , Children’s day , Gandhi Jayanti , Lal bahadur Shastri Jayanti , Karnataka Rajyostava and Kanakadas Jayanti with great pomp and show.Our Kindergarten students were dressed in Radha and Krishna Costume on Krishna Janmastami. We celebrated colours day where in tiny tots came in different colored dresses.
On 9th November, our school celebrated National Legal Services Day with great enthusiasm. Students from Siddheshwar Law College visited our campus.
To enhance learning, we organized various inter-house competitions such as speech, essay writing, calligraphy, drawing,number game, memory games. and quiz.
Patriotism was instilled through the celebration of national festivals, while academic rigor was supported by the International English, Math, Science, and SST Olympiads where many students received cash prize in second level.
- Shivani Bellad & Jahnavi Kakhandki achieved first place in karate championship held in Davanagere.
- Vincy Savala participated in the Mini Olympic Taekwondo
- Sukruta Bhovi exhibited her talent in national and state level yoga competation
Shivani Bellad and Jahnavi Kakhandki have been selected in the prestigious Khelo India Games and will represent the school at the upcoming competition to be held in Hospet.
Tanmaya Gadagigol, Nayan Nagaoor, Aditya Kulakarani, and Tanvi Bankur excelled in the drawing and music competition organized by the LIC department.
Manoj Naik, Rakshita Nagarjogi, Anu Bhavikatti, Shreya Patil, and Sai Samarth Hegade all came up in flying colors across various competitions at the Bidari Child Academy.
ChandanaYadavannavar achieved First Place in the Poster Making Competition. conducted by the State Government’s Health Department.
Shashank P K achieved second place & Jayan Badbade secured third place in the Bhagwad gita Recitation.
VIII std students received first, second and third place in Poster making and essay competition conducted by JSS Hospital.
We conducted English exhibition on 12th November where in activity focusing on grammar were held.
Our students participated in state-level Kho-Kho and athletic tournaments held in Bangalore and Davanagere.
The school dance team won First Place in the prestigious dance competition held at Ayodhya.
A Program on adolescence was conducted by the team of BLDE Doctors Department of Pediatrics & the session focused on physical and emotional changes.
Outing and Study Tour
We took students on an educational tour to Hyderabad, a historical place, to boost their knowledge and understanding . we visited places like salar jung museum , planetarium , snow world , Birla temple and Ramoji Film city.
Training programs for teachers.
Our teachers continually upgrade their skills through CBSE training programs and professional development workshops conducted in the school, ensuring the delivery of quality education.
Vision for the Future
As quoted by Swami Vivekananda “Education is the manifestation of perfection already in man”. We try to manifest children’s potential, intellectual level and power.
Our vision is to foster well-rounded individuals who not only excel academically but also contribute positively to society.
Looking ahead to the next year, we aim to equip the entire school with smart boards. Additionally, we will be installing an elevator in the new building for improved accessibility. In addition to this by February, we promise to have a cricket practice pitch. Furthermore, we are planning to construct an additional auditorium in the new building.
I would like to conclude my Annual Report by saying this . In today’s digital era, the misuse of technology poses a significant challenge. As educators, we request parents to remain vigilant about their children’s online activities. Together, we can guide them towards responsible use of technology and prevent digital addiction. I take this opportunity to assure that we sustain and commit quality for the upcoming academic years.
